We use mainly water-based ink, which is known for its sustainability and durability. We love them for their eco-friendly composition, excellent color vibrancy, and long-lasting performance on various materials.

Yes. We do offer free standard shipping for orders above $95.

We only ship in the U.S and to Canada now.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after the purchase day and shipped the next day after the processing day.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays. We process orders between Monday and Friday.  Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Your orders may take between 5-7 days to arrive.

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 24 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. We do not accept returns at this moment. 

If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Please contact us within 3 days if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective.

Any items that are reported to us after 3 business days of the customer receiving the shipment will not be replaced by us.

Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

If you receive your order and there are any items missing, please let us know within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. If we didn’t process your order accurately, we will be happy to send you the missing items.

Wash your clothes less

Hand wash and hang dry is the least aggressive for your clothes.

Use gentle detergents

Use detergent that do not contain bleach. Best natural bleach for synthetic and natural fibers is a mixture of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide (or buy premix of oxygen bleach like Oxiclean)

Hand wash in cold water with a wool-specific detergent or use the wool cycle on your machine.

Avoid wringing; instead, press out excess water gently and lay flat to dry.

Wash whites separately and use baking soda or oxygen bleach occasionally to brighten.

Wash similar colors together.

Use cold water, and add a salt or vinegar rinse to help set colors.

Turn clothes inside out to reduce friction.
