Shipping rate

Save on shipping cost with free standard shipping for orders over $75 in the U.S. and Canada.

We will charge a flat shipping rate for orders under $75.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after purchase. We will send you an email confirmation and tracking number when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we may contact you via email. 

Returns

All Sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns and exchanges at this time unless your orders are damaged.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for defective and incorrect item/s. If you need to make an exchange for the same item due to the reasons above, contact us at support@greenkiwistudio.com.

Refunds

We only offer a full refund if we can not ship to your locations or fulfill your orders. Refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take longer for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
